The day begins at 10:30 am (rain or shine) with registration and lunch. Shotgun starts at 12:00pm (noon) with a "Florida Style Scramble" format.

Great raffles, terrific prizes for best drives and scores. Registration fees include lunch, green fees, cart, golf gift, locker rooms, refreshments, dinner buffet, prizes.

Includes 4 players, 2 tee-signs, a full-page display ad in the program. Your company name will be prominently displayed on the sponsor board, acknowledged at the dinner reception and listed on the inside cover of the program.

How can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can bring a printed ticket or we can check you in at the event with an ID/email.

Can I update my registration information?

You can go in and change registration information after submitting, so don't be overly concerned when entering in golfer/player information.

Is it okay if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, often times an individual will register for an entire group, names can be edited at a later time but if the person golfing isn't the original person that change can be transferred

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, player registration can be transferred but not sponsorship's. Transfers can happen up until the day of the event.

Does an individual player registration include dinner in the cost?

Yes, individual player registration includes dinner w/ drink ticket.

Does a sponsorship registration include dinner in the cost?

Yes, each of the 4 participants gets dinner included w/ each also receiving a drink voucher.

What's the refund policy?

We do not offer refunds, only transfers for player registrations.

What sizes are the program booklet ads?

Full Page Ad: Ad Size = 7.5" H x 4.5" W --- B&W Format: JPEG or PDF
Half-Page Ad: Ad Size = 3.75" H x 4.5" W --- B&W Format: JPEG or PDF
