A member of the Diocesan Health Facilities, EldersFirst is a community-based consulting and nursing service serving Fall River and all of Bristol County.
Our coordinated approach begins by assessing the client’s health status, medications, and living environment. The process continues with consumer education, as we present the options available and help evaluate them. As a result, our clients are empowered to make thoughtful and informed decisions. We then arrange for the appropriate mix of services, including in-home care if needed, to provide the best and most cost-effective solutions.
