From skilled nursing and rehab services to pain management and palliative care, our team is dedicated to helping the residents at Our Lady’s Haven maintain the best quality of life. In keeping with our philosophy, we offer a holistic approach to total wellness that goes beyond meeting physical and emotional needs to nurturing spirituality. Reviews

I would like to thank the staff of Our Lady’s Haven on behalf of my sister. The nine days that she was in your care you showed such kindness and caring that made the last days of her life comfortable and pain free. Everyone was exceptional and please express my thanks to everyone for their kindness.

Although we were not there at the end of Dad’s life, we knew he was getting the best care ever provided by Our Lady’s Haven nursing home. While he was there only a short while, you all felt like family and it’s family you rely on at times like these. We cannot thank you enough, and I know Dad loved and respected all of you.

We wanted to thank all of you at Our Lady’s Haven for your loving care to our mother. You all treated her and loved her like a family member which gave all of us peace of mind knowing she was in caring hands when we were not there. We will miss her terribly and I know you all will too.
