Director of Staff Development/

Infection Control Preventionist

 

Full time, Monday-Friday

Will be included in weekend on-call rotation

 

Requirements:

  • Massachusetts RN License
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other health-related field
  • Infection preventionist online certification required
  • Long-term care experience a plus

Duties:

  • Provide clinical training and guidance to all personnel
  • Develop and plan programs to meet departmental and facility needs
  • Coordinate infection control program

Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time

Shifts:
  • 3:00pm to 11:00pm
 Pay Incentives:
  • 3pm -11pm 2nd Shift Differential: +1.00/hr
  • Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hr
  • Overtime after 8.5/hr shift (part-timers also eligible)
  • Paid meal breaks
  • These shifts are fully benefited positions for 20 hours or more.

Requirements:

  • Current RN or LPN license in MA.
  • CPR Certification.

Experience:

  • Nursing: 1 year (preferred)
  • Long-term Care: 1 year (preferred) 

*Must commit to at least 24 hours per week, and every other weekend.
